My name is Stacey, and I am a freelance jazz musician and aspiring piano technician. For 10 years I worked on various cruise lines in a number of different venues, playing the piano, leading bands and sometimes singing. It was a great way to see the world and get paid for it, and if I had my life to live over I would do it again in a heartbeat.
My original blog was called “Travels of Stacey” and was made to document my life as a crew member and musician on one of the world’s finest cruise lines. Since my personal life and work life were one in the same, I was hesitant to publicize my blog for fears of losing my job.
Now I am land-based, and have re-titled my blog appropriately, although I still want it to be travel focused. I plan on sharing some travel tips and tricks as well as new destinations with you!
